This invitation can be sent to any person whose profile you enter and you do not yet have each other online. Recently LinkedIn has introduced restrictions on what invitations can be sent, now it is an average of 20-80 invitations per day and a maximum of 150 invitations per week. Fortunately, LinkedIn's algorithm rewards profiles with high invitation acceptance rates and increases their weekly pool.
