I don't think this should be an agenda item for any training, but since it's such a popular thread, I'll also add something from myself. The LinkedIn platform differs from other popular Social Media such as Facebook or Instagram in that this is where we are experts in our field and how we want to be perceived too.

PROFILE PICTURE
Did you know that a profile with a profile photo has as much as 21 times more views than a profile without a photo? The photo should look professional and let browsers know: "Hey, good morning! It's worth trusting me, I have a solution for you!".
In summary, we choose a suitable profile photo depending on our target audience. This does not require us to take a photo in a suit or other formal attire, but it must have a cut. It is important that the photograph be clear and of good quality. The photo must show our face and, above all, our openness. To stand out among other users, it is a good idea to add a colored border around your profile picture, such a procedure you can do in the free Canva editor.
BACKGROUND PHOTO
When creating a background photo, you should show your company, brand claim, project, service, products that you are currently promoting. Show on it what you do for a living, and be sure to add your website address and contact information. Let the potential customer already have a phone number for you to write down on good day.
Background photo should be identical to the business we are doing, but also consistent with our profile photo. LinkedIn gives us the option of using default background photos, but what we choose as the setting for our profile is entirely dependent on the goal we want to achieve - the background photo should also be prepared to best appeal to our target audience

So it is no rocket science and there is no need for this topic to be on the agenda of trainers, who often take very large sums for their speeches.
